Your gym time is a login away! Options for work travel or needing to find a workout while on vacation. Remote training with live or prerecorded classes will give you some control in an already hectic life. Don’t let fitting in gym time hold up your fitness goals & progression.
For the most effective remote experience (recommended but not needed):
- Give yourself about the same distance aways & width equal to your height, from your video device when live.
- Work out with a mat or on a soft surface.
- Optimizing remote training
- At least 5 ft away from screen
- Make sure water is on hand & close
- For best visual use a tablet, computer screen or
- Tv streaming through (google chrome, Apple TV, smart tv, etc)
- Wireless headset for clear hearing & responses
